The Venue Ratoath  -  Public Health Regulations

Fully-Seated Ticketed Events

Last Updated: 21 October 2021

We are delighted to welcome you back to the Venue Ratoath and we thank you for your continued support. To ensure the health and welfare of our patrons, performers, and staff we ask you to take note of current public health protocols.

In line with Government announced public health regulations we require patrons arriving at the Venue to have Identification and one of the following:

  • a Digital Covid Vaccination Certificate for an EMA Approved Vaccine.

  • or a HSE Vaccination Record.

  • or a COVID-19 Recovery Certificate if you have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months.

Please have your documents ready on arrival to speed your entry.

For the safety of our customers, performers, and staff, any adult without Covid Vaccination Certification or Proof of Immunity will be refused entry to the Venue.

Please remember your face-covering. It must be worn at all times, except while eating or drinking, within all areas of our building including while seated for shows. If you are exempt from wearing a face-covering please let our Front-of-House team know as soon as you arrive.

We will work to keep queues and procedures as short as possible and we appreciate your patience.

We have introduced anti-Covid-19 treatment into our air-conditioning system and we have increased the circulation of fresh air throughout the building so it might be cooler than you are used to. Doors etc. will be open immediately before a show, during an interval, and immediately after a show. You may want to bring an extra clothing-layer for comfort.

We have increased hygiene protocols throughout the building with frequent cleaning and disinfecting. Hand-sanitising stations are positioned in public spaces and we have a protective screen at the Box Office.

Upon entering the building, please follow guidance from staff. Your support is greatly appreciated and we look forward to providing a safe experience for all. The health and welfare of our patrons, performers and staff is our priority and concern.

Thank you again for your kind support.
