In September 2006, Ratoath Community Centre proudly opened the doors of its new home, alongside The Venue Theatre, Happy Days Community Childcare, and what was then As You Like It—now Bia Café at The Venue. What began as a shared vision to create a vibrant and welcoming community hub has grown into a place where people of all ages connect, learn, create, and thrive.
For 20 years, we have been enriching the lives and wellbeing of our community by providing inclusive spaces, meaningful opportunities, and services for people at every stage of life. From childcare and youth programmes to theatre, sport, health and wellbeing, and community events, we are proud to be at the heart of community life in Ratoath.
This September 2026, we celebrate 20 years of community, connection, and impact. More than an anniversary, it is a celebration of the people, volunteers, partners, businesses, and supporters who have helped shape our journey. We look forward to marking this milestone with the entire community.
